What are my delivery options?
UK - All items ordered by 2.30pm (and later where possible) will be sent out the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24, free of charge, usually arriving next day. Special Delivery is available for a guaranteed next day service for a small upgrade fee.
Europe and worldwide - Standard shipping is just £6 and your item will arrive with your local post provider in typically 5-10 days (can be longer due to Customs clearance queues). Faster services are available for an additional cost.
All items are shipped via fully trackable services and you will receive the tracking details. We are here to help in the unlikely event that you do experience any issues.
Can I return items if I change my mind or they do not suit me?

Yes, absolutely, we want happy customers! We offer returns within 30 days on all items, free of charge. All we ask is that items are returned in original new condition and with all packaged accessories. Both exchanges (including partial) and full refunds are available.
Are your products authentic?
All products that we sell are authentic branded and licensed goods purchased from distributors dealing directly with the brands and official manufacturers. We are able to offer them competitively due to the lower overheads of selling online.
Do I get a warranty with the sunglasses?
Warranties offered differ by manufacturer but we personally guarantee all items that we sell against genuine manufacturing faults and defects for a period of 12 months after purchase.
Do you match prices with other retailers?
Yes, we do. We will match the price (including delivery) of any reputable UK based company, providing that the same item is in stock with them.

Not at this time. Operating online only allows us to offer the best possible prices and all items can be delivered next day.
