GenuineStyleUK SMS Subscriber Monthly Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter:
   This competition is promoted by GenuineStyleUK  Ltd (Company Number: 08942127), registered in England, whose registered office is at 384 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, Cleveland, TS5 6HA, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years and older.
• Employees of GenuineStyleUK  Ltd, affiliates, agents, or immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, individuals must subscribe to GenuineStyleUK’s SMS communications through the official subscription method available at https://genuinestyle.com.
• Entry is free, and no purchase is required.
• Subscribers remain entered automatically into each monthly draw as long as they remain subscribed.
• Unsubscribing from SMS communications automatically disqualifies the participant from future draws.

4. Promotional Period

• A winner will be drawn at the end of each month.
• Entries received up to 23:59 GMT on the last day of each month will be eligible for that month’s draw.

5. Prize

• Each month’s winner receives a voucher worth £150 to spend on sunglasses at https://genuinestyle.com.
• The voucher is valid for full-priced products only and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, sales, or special offers.
• The voucher must be redeemed within 30 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible SMS subscribers each month.
• Winners will be notified via SMS or telephone within 7 days following the monthly draw.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 30 days, or the prize may be forfeited and redrawn at GenuineStyleUK’s discretion.

7. Prize Redemption Conditions

• The voucher must be redeemed solely online at https://genuinestyle.com and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
• The voucher prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash .
• The full voucher value must be used in one transaction; no balance will be carried forward.

7. Publicity

• Winners may be announced publicly by GenuineStyleUK  Ltd, including on social media channels and websites. By participating, winners consent to their first name and initial of their surname being shared publicly.

8. Verification of Winners

• GenuineStyleUK reserves the right to verify winners’ identities, age, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions prior to awarding any prize. Proof of identity may be requested.

8. Entry Restrictions

• Entries generated by automated methods or third parties will be disqualified. All entries must be made directly by the participant.

9. Promoter’s Rights

• GenuineStyleUK  Ltd reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend, or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise, including issues beyond its reasonable control.
• GenuineStyleUK’s decision regarding all matters related to this competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Limitation of Liability

• GenuineStyleUK  Ltd accepts no liability for any technical failures, SMS delivery issues, network errors, or other issues beyond its reasonable control which prevent participation or notification of winners.
• GenuineStyleUK is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by participating in the competition or by accepting the prize, except in cases of negligence or statutory breach where liability cannot legally be excluded.

11. Data Protection

• GenuineStyleUK  Ltd will process personal data in compliance with UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
• By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the administration of the competition and ongoing SMS marketing communications, as per GenuineStyleUK’s privacy policy (https://genuinestyle.com/privacy-policy).

12. Verification

• GenuineStyleUK reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of participants, including requiring proof of identity or age prior to awarding any prize.

13. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Acceptance of Terms

• Entry into this competition constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
